The “Being Muslim Event Series” is centered around the Muslim Ummah to:

1. Encourage networking and interaction between older, successful and highly respected Muslims and Younger, Urban, Aspirational Muslims.
2. Provide a platform for practical teaching of:
   • Islamic principles such as Entrepreneurship, Wealth Management & Divestment of Property.
3. Give younger Muslims an opportunity to:
   • Learn life lessons for succeeding professionally whilst adhering to Islam
   • Ask relevant questions to guide them in solving real-life professional and personal challenges
   • Open their eyes to opportunities and initiatives available to them and
   • Allow them gain valuable insight into Governance, Financial, Security and Technological Innovation directions
4. Entertain attendants in a fun, concert-like atmosphere, with Hamza Shuaib and other Nasheed Artists performing Islamic songs without the use of stringed instruments.
